CheapWeed Canada offers nationwide shipping across Canada via Canada Post. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Your order will be on hold until we have received payment via E-transfer. Once we have received payment, your order will be marked as processing and will be sent to our shipping team for fulfillment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking details will appear once the courier has processed the package.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All online orders will be shipped out in unbranded packaging. We also use high quality packaging to minimize any detection of smell.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow an additional few days to deliver to rural cities.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

We offer an optional 3% insurance coverage on your order total for lost or stolen packages. This coverage provides protection for your order in the unfortunate event of loss or theft during the delivery process. The 3% Insurance is not mandatory and is entirely optional. You can choose to add this coverage during the checkout process. If you opt not to include the insurance, your order will not be protected against loss or theft. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Occasionally, our online inventory is inaccurate. In the case we cannot fulfill your order due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours whether to cancel the order or wait for the item to be back in stock. 

We reserve the right to cancel & refund any order where we cannot economically ship to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue.
