CheapWeed Canada ships nationwide across Canada via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Orders are placed on hold until payment via E-transfer is received. Once payment is confirmed, your order status will be updated to processing and sent to our shipping team. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take time to update after the courier scans the package.
During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery, especially to rural or remote areas. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging using smell-proof, high-quality materials to protect privacy and minimize odor detection.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED POLICY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility shifts to the customer. If you didn’t receive your package:

Ask others in your household or nearby neighbors

Contact us and one of our customer service reps will follow up with the courier

If applicable, check with your building manager or mailroom
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed, but please contact us — we may offer a one-time replacement or discount at our discretion.
Consider shipping to a secure pickup location if you have frequent delivery issues.
OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
For added protection, we offer optional 3% insurance on your order total. This covers your package in case of loss or theft during shipping. Insurance can be selected at checkout. If not selected, your order will not be covered.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to offer a refund or discuss backorder options.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders if shipping is not feasible due to location or cost.
